Blair was admitted to the bar in 1989. Blair obtained his legal experience while working for a small, medium and large size law firms before ran his own successful law practice in Cherry Hill from 1997 to 2006 where he represented clients with a wide range of legal needs from simple real estate transactions to representing an international engineering procurement company with construction projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Blair joined the law firm of Earp Cohn in 2006, bringing with him more than 17 years of litigation and trial experience in the areas listed below.

His commercial litigation experience includes representation of individual clients and businesses involving contract litigation, insurance litigation, construction litigation, employment related litigation and other commercial litigation issues. Blair also represents Physician and Medical Professionals/ Practices in subrogation and insurance billing claims.

His personal injury litigation experience includes representation of injured victims and their families in cases throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including but not limited to:

• alcohol related injuries
• automobile accidents
• brain and head injuries
• burn cases
• bus accidents
• construction accidents
• daycare injuries
• dog bite/animal cases

Blair’s personal injury practice is essentially limited to representing the injured party, but his experience includes both insurance defense work (i.e. representing defendants named in personal injury and other lawsuits through the Defendants’ insurance companies) and representing injured parties and their families.

Before attending law school, Blair worked as an iron worker for Local 399 in Camden, NJ. In that capacity, he worked on many of the buildings, bridges and overpasses hanging steel in the Burlington and Camden County areas. Blair applies his experience in the construction field along with a strong work ethic to his legal practice today to pursue and protect his clients’ rights. Through a strong commitment, personal attention and experience, Blair strives to establish both a legal and personal relationship with his clients that will hopefully last a lifetime.

As noted below, Blair served his profession through participation in County, State and National Bar Associations. He has had the honor of serving as a Trustee to the New Jersey State Bar Association and Delegate to the American Bar Association.

Blair was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1963 and, except for college and law school, has resided and worked in New Jersey all his life. Blair is a graduate of Cherry Hill High School East. Blair is married and lives in Marlton, NJ with his wife and 3 children.

Professional Activities:
Blair is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers (“ATLA”), New Jersey, is a past New Jersey State Delegate to the American Bar Association and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association. He served as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division for the New Jersey State Bar Association from 1996-1997 and as a New Jersey State Bar Association Trustee from 1997-1999. Blair also served as a Delegate to the American Bar Association.
